Over the past months, we have invested significantly on manpower and critical infrastructure to increase reliability and provide redundancy. We have more investments planned for 2021 and beyond. This includes additional non-voice features to give you a truly omni-channel contact center experience.

Here are the price adjustments that will be implemented on January 10, 2022
1. Our Starter package will now cost $24 per agent per month. Current subscribers of this package and GoSmall subscribers will have their monthly per agent cost adjusted accordingly.
2. Our Premium package will now cost $29 per agent per month. Current subscribers of this package and GoMedium subscribers will have their monthly per agent cost adjusted accordingly.
3. Our Unlimited Package will now cost $90 per agent per month on a single channel. Additional channels will be charged $75 each.
